RESERVATION TERMS
  Our reservation policy is :
  • 50 % of the bill's overall amount at reservation.
  • Balance is to be paid at your arrival at the hostel.
  • Reservation can be done by mail, telephone, fax or internet.
  • Please take note thet the reservation is effective at reception of the first deposit.
REIMBURSEMENT TERMS
  Our reimbursment policy is :
  • Cancellations within 30 days of stay allows a 100% reimbursment of the amount already paid.
  • Cancellations within 15 days of stay allows a 50% reimbursment of the amount already paid.
  • Cancellations within the week of stay does not allow any reimbursment of the amount already paid.
